A wholesome family business with ono Hawaiian food.
The Food
#OahuGrill was so ono! The food came out really quickly and went down even quicker. Mia snuck a few nibbles in before we could even take a photo... how typical. We ordered lau lau and kalua pig mini plates, which came with rice and lomi salmon. The lomi salmon was excellent. A lot of lomi salmons have too much salt, but this one had just the right amount. In three words, the lau lau and kalua pig were flavorful, tender, and comforting. This would hit the spot after a trip away from the islands. #laulau #kaluapig

The Service
Upon entering, we were greeted with a big smile from a friendly gal. Our food came out within minutes and she never let our waters fall below full. She was fun to converse with and even suggested more local spots for us to blog about! She really embodied the Aloha Spirit that all Hawaiian food is meant to be served with.
During our meal, we were checked on many times, one even by the owner. Oh yeah, the best part- he held the door open for us when we left. THESE ARE THE BUSINESSES WE SHOULD BE SUPPORTING!
Both of our entrees were $11 each, which is very affordable for a plate of Hawaiian food. We were very impressed with the flavor of our meals and even more impressed with the service!
